Comfort Hotel Era Kobe Sannomiya

The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the nearby mountain, especially from the top floor. It was a relief to find the location so close to the train station, making my late arrival easy. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection, and I loved that the café area was open throughout the day, where I could relax with complimentary drinks.

I was eager to visit the Kobe Kitano Museum due to its captivating blend of Western-style architecture and Japanese gardens, making it a key highlight of my trip. The Comfort was ideally located for this visit, being only a short walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access that made staying connected easy. The access to nearby dining options like the Japanese Izakaya Kimpachi and Ramen Zundoya enhanced my experience, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its extensive selections, perfect for fueling my days of exploration.

Absolutely great hotel located in a shopping area just next door to a great supermarket as well as all the buses in the area. Helpful staff always on hand. Particularly good and excellant location, a 10-15 minute walk from Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street.

we had a great experience staying at the comfort. our twin room was impressively spacious and clean, complete with a cozy dining table and chairs. the security measures, like the card-access lift, made us feel safe, and the quiet environment contributed to a relaxing stay. being just a short walk from the station, restaurants, and shops made everything super convenient. we enjoyed the extensive breakfast options and appreciated the ability to refresh our towels daily. overall, it was a fantastic value for our trip.

Just a short walk from Sannomiya station, everything I needed was nearby-shopping, restaurants, and some lovely parks. The library cafe offered a cozy spot for coffee and snacks, which I really enjoyed. Breakfast had a nice variety. I loved the Japanese options along with fresh fruits and pastries. The staff were always friendly and eager to help. I did encounter a couple of issues though. The TV didn't support Netflix, a bit disappointing for winding down in the evening. Still, I found the room comfortable and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay over all.

I appreciated the quiet environment, as I didn't hear any street noise. Plus, the location was quite strategic, being close to Sannomiya Station and numerous restaurants and cafes.

This hotel offers an excellent location, just a short walk to the train station and the Port area. The spacious room was super clean and perfect for our group. Plus, the breakfast felt like a food party! We also appreciated the efficient check-in process.
